Case study

A PWA for barber bookings, team workflows and daily operations.

H501 Barber is where Hubia started: customer app, team dashboard, Supabase database, serverless functions and push notifications. What we built for H501 became the base of Hubia — the multi-tenant SaaS for barbers, salons and wellness businesses.

Context

Context

A booking-heavy business needs less friction for customers and a clear view of slots, hours and daily work for the team.

Solution

The solution

We built a PWA with booking flow, team area, availability logic, Supabase persistence and push notifications. That base later became Hubia, a SaaS platform for salons and wellness businesses with bookings, team area, loyalty, reminders and operational management.

5/5★★★★★Google review
Bookings, team management and workflows are much more orderly now. The project was handled well from start to finish, with great attention to design, speed and functionality.

Measurable results

  • Bookings increased from the first week: the online flow replaced phone calls for almost every slot.
  • No-shows dropped sharply after automated push reminders went live — the team manages far fewer empty appointment gaps.
  • Operational phone calls near-disappeared: both clients and barbers use the PWA for everything that previously required a call.
  • The team stayed at 2 people: the system absorbed higher volume without adding staff.
  • Public Google review by Andrea Di Giorgio: 5/5 — "Bookings, team management and workflows are much more orderly now."
  • The PWA became the architectural foundation of Hubia (hubiasystem.com), an active multi-tenant SaaS platform.
