A generic SaaS covers 70% of cases with a monthly subscription. The remaining 30% — when your processes are too specific, when permissions do not fit your team's real structure, when you need an integration that standard tools do not support — is where a custom system pays for itself within a few months. How we map the process before writing code
We start with a mapping session: who does what, what data comes in, who sees it, which rules govern the flow, where time is currently lost. This phase — 1–2 weeks — is the most important investment in the project because it prevents development that later gets thrown away. From the mapped process we derive the database schema, roles, interfaces and integrations. Only then does the code begin.
Architecture and maintainability: what we deliver
Every system we build has a documented database schema, separation between Next.js frontend and Supabase backend, Row Level Security for database-level permissions, and always-exportable data. We do not build systems that create dependency on us to function: the system is yours and must be able to run without us. Code is delivered with technical documentation and deployment instructions.

- How much does a custom business tool cost?
- It depends on complexity. Simple systems (2–3 roles, one core flow) start from €5,000–€8,000. Multi-tenant systems with external integrations or complex logic reach €12,000–€20,000. After the process mapping we give you a fixed quote, not an estimate.
- How long does it take to build a custom system?
- A simple system (scheduling, orders or clients) takes 6–10 weeks. More complex systems with multiple modules and roles take 3–5 months. We work in phases: we launch the core and add modules after the first real usage.
- Who can access the system? Only our internal team?
- It depends on the project. We build systems with separate roles: admins, operators, external clients, partners. Each role sees and can do exactly what is needed, with permissions enforced at the database level — not just frontend filters.
- How is existing data migrated?
- We handle it during the launch phase. If you have data in spreadsheets or another system, we write the migration scripts and verify consistency before the system goes live. No manual data entry on your side.
